Privacy policy
What we collect when you contact us, why, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Ahmad Edu Consultant (Private) Limited, registered in Pakistan under the Companies Act 2017, SECP registration number 0355863, National Tax Number J914186, trading as Ahmad Edu Consultant, with its office at First Floor, FF-1029–1031, Deans Trade Centre, Islamia Road, Saddar Cantt, Peshawar 25000. You can reach us at ahmadeducationalconcultant@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, intended country and level of study, your qualifications, and anything you write in your message.
If you become a client, we also collect and hold the academic, identity and financial documents needed to prepare your applications.
This site carries no advertising trackers, no social media pixels and no advertising cookies. Visitor numbers are measured by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which our host provides: it sets no cookies, does not follow you from one website to another, and builds no profile of you. What it records is the page visited, the site that sent you, and broad device and country information, counted in aggregate. We use it to see which pages students find useful. We cannot identify you from it.
When you submit the enquiry form, it also records which pages of this site you looked at beforehand and which search engine or website sent you here. We use that only to know which pages are useful to students. It is stored in your browser for the length of that visit, it is cleared when you close the tab, it contains nothing that identifies you, and it goes nowhere except the enquiry you send us.
Remembering your progress on this device
The document readiness check on the home page can remember what you ticked, and the site can put the countries you have read about first. That is off until you switch it on — either with the “remember my progress” button on the home page, or by ticking a document, which switches it on and tells you that it has.
When it is on, your browser stores three things on your own device: which of the six documents you ticked, which country pages you have opened and how often, and whether you looked at the undergraduate or postgraduate checklist. That is all of it, it is a few hundred characters, and it stays on your device. It is not sent to us, there is no account behind it, and no other company can see it.
The one exception is the enquiry form. If you have this switched on and you choose to send us an enquiry, those three things are attached to it, so that the counsellor reading your message already knows which countries you have been looking at and how far along your paperwork is. Nothing is attached if you have it switched off, and nothing is attached if you never send the form.
Turning it off deletes what was stored, immediately and completely. The button on the home page does this; so does clearing site data in your browser. Nothing on this site behaves differently afterwards except that it stops remembering you.
Personalisation never changes a fact on this site. It changes the order things appear in and what is mentioned first. Two students reading the same page get the same fees, the same requirements and the same deadlines.
Why we collect it
- To answer your enquiry and provide the assessment you asked for
- To prepare and submit applications to universities on your instructions
- To prepare visa applications on your instructions
- To contact you about your application while it is in progress
Who we share it with
We share your information with the universities you instruct us to apply to, and with the relevant visa authorities where you ask us to prepare a visa application. We share it with nobody else. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to other consultancies or to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to two years, and client files for up to seven years after your case closes, so that we can respond to questions about a past application. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
How we protect it
Documents are held in access-controlled storage and only counsellors working on your case can see them. Original documents you leave with us are kept in a locked file and returned to you on request.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ahmadeducationalconcultant@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
