AE Consultant Book assessment

Terms of service

The basis on which we work with students.

Last updated 14 September 2026

What we do

We provide education consultancy services: assessing your profile, shortlisting universities, preparing and checking documents, submitting applications, and preparing visa files. The scope of work for each client is agreed in writing before we begin.

What we do not do

We do not guarantee admission to any university. We do not guarantee the grant of any visa. Both decisions rest entirely with the institution or the relevant government, and no consultancy can influence them.

We do not produce academic, identity or financial documents on a student's behalf. We prepare, organise and check documents issued by you and by your institutions. We will not act on a file that contains a document we believe to be fabricated, and we will end the engagement if we discover one.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate and complete information. Applications fail on inconsistencies more often than on weak profiles.
  • Provide genuine documents. You are responsible for the authenticity of everything you give us.
  • Meet the deadlines we agree. Intakes close and we cannot reopen them.
  • Pay any university, test and government fees directly and on time.

Fees

Our fees are: assessment $100; application handling $300; complete service from $1,000, priced on the number of countries and universities involved. The assessment fee is credited against your fee if you proceed with us. The exact figure for the complete service is given to you in writing after the assessment and before any work begins.

Refunds, and what happens if a visa is refused, are set out in the written engagement letter you receive before any work begins. Ask us for that document at the assessment — you should read it before you pay anything beyond the assessment fee.

University application fees, English test fees, attestation fees and visa fees are payable by you directly to those bodies and are not included in our service fee.

Cancellation

Either side may end the engagement in writing. What happens to fees already paid depends on how much of the agreed work has been done at that point, and is set out in your engagement letter.

Limitation of liability

We are liable for our own errors in the work we agreed to perform. We are not liable for decisions made by universities or visa authorities, for changes in immigration policy, or for losses arising from information you gave us that was inaccurate or incomplete.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The contracting party is Ahmad Edu Consultant (Private) Limited, SECP registration number 0355863, registered office First Floor, FF-1029–1031, Deans Trade Centre, Islamia Road, Saddar Cantt, Peshawar.

These terms are a starting draft. Have them reviewed by a lawyer before you rely on them. Consultancy services that involve fees, refunds and third-party institutions carry obligations that a generic template does not cover.
